Welcome to Bishop's Stortford Breathe Easy Group

Please consider joining the Bishop’s Stortford Breathe Easy Group (BSBEG)

What is the BSBEG group for? The group is affiliated to Asthma + Lung UK and is here to help you live better with your lung condition. If you have had your lung condition for some time or you have been recently diagnosed with it this group will be just right for you. The group can give support, fun, advice and friendship helping you to understand more about your lung condition.

Who comes along? We have a range of individuals come along, covering a range of ages. So have been attending for a long time, some more recently. We encourage both men and women to join us. Having a few more men join the group would be excellent to support our female attendance numbers.

Where do we meet? After five years we have switched our venue to the Charis Community Church, Water Lane, Bishop’s Stortford. CM23 2JZ. It has a spacious room, which is immediately accessible at the front of the building and has wheelchair access. Refreshments are available and toilets. Parking is available next to Waitrose or in the new Multi-storey North Gate end car park. It is a 5 minute walk along Water Lane to reach the venue.

Directions: Come out of the entrance and use the Pelican crossing and make your way towards Waitrose. Go past the entrance, keeping on the right and go up a slight incline in the corner and this will bring you into the cobbled street Water Lane. Keep going for about 30 metres and on your right you will find the entrance to The Charis Community Church Centre.
